By accessing emberwolfgames.com or related EmberWolf-controlled services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, discontinue use.
Studio status
EmberWolf Games operates as an independent studio publicly identified as based in Nashville, Tennessee. Formal entity formation is planned after additional releases; until then, contractual notices should use the legal contact on file: legal@emberwolfgames.com.
Accounts & eligibility
Future registration features will require users to be at least 13 years old and to provide accurate information. Additional eligibility rules will accompany account activation.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, harassing, or rights-infringing behavior.
- No attempts to disrupt servers, steal data, or bypass security.
- No uploading malware or exploiting vulnerabilities without coordinated disclosure.

Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and EmberWolf-authored assets are protected unless released under a separate license (for example MIT tooling). Community licenses for specific projects will be linked from those projects.
Third-party services
Links to Patreon, EmberForge, app stores, or partners are governed by their respective terms. EmberWolf is not responsible for third-party practices.
Disclaimer
Services are provided as available without warranties to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, EmberWolf is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from site use. Specific consumer rights may apply depending on jurisdiction.
Future storefront & digital goods
Purchases, refunds, and regional pricing will be governed by supplemental commerce terms published before checkout launches.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations or operational necessity. Survival clauses (limitations, dispute provisions added after counsel review) will apply as stated in future revisions.
